1. Do I have to be an esthetician to open a wholesale account?

No, anyone with a resale Tax Resale certificate can open a wholesale account. Tax Resale Certificate requirements vary upon the state you live in. 

2. What is the minimum order?
We do not have a minimum per order, however, we do require that you purchase $1,000 worth of products within a year. 

3. What discounts do I get with a wholesale membership?
Ann Webb skincare products are 50% off and our retail products are 20% for wholesale clients. 

4. How do I become a wholesale client?

Fill out our Online Wholesale Application.

At the end of the application, attach a copy of your Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate that is applicable to your state.

Attach a copy of your tax resale certificate to the email.
 
Our team will notify you upon approval and help you with your opening order.

5. How do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders over $1,000 will qualify for free shipping.

6. Do you still carry the Skin By Ann Webb line?
Unfortunately, we do not. The line has been discontinued. However, we do have comparable products in the new Ann Webb skincare line.

7. What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you have up to 30 days after the purchase date to return it for an exchange or refund.
